I will be telling you how to do a professional email.
To do a professional email you will need to put in the person email, then subject line. After you do those 2 steps you will have to do a greeting, then the body or your email then you have to put your name in the bottom.
In a professional email you will have to use professional language and watch your tone.
You need proper words, you need to be nice, don't put to many exclamation marks because you don't need much exclamation marks in your email. Most thing you need to remember is that spell their name correctly and don't use caps in your sentences. You only use caps at a start of a name or end of a full stop.
